Kid Cat totally reminds me of an agent so I had the idea to give him a design that relates to Perry the Platypus. Kid Cat also lives a double life as a member of an espionage organization and fights crime during the day. He has a secret superhero base where he can track criminals and train for the battles he may have to face.
