Today I logged on to Twitter and saw the sad news about a few Toys R Us locations closing. Last week I created this design with one of my favorite stores in mind. I'm happy that the one near me is not on the list because it's where I love to go for 3DS goodies and amiibos. Enjoy this colorful room with all kinds of toys and fun stuff.

Chopped is probably one of my favorite shows on the Food Network. I used to always put it on in the background when I was bored. I thought that it would be fun to recreate the kitchen atmosphere in HHD! Maple, Simon, Butch, and Chief battle it out for the winning spot. Who will be on the chopping block? Me and Franklin are your hosts/judges!

Happy Birthday Isabelle! Her birthday was on December 20th and we celebrated by setting up a sleepover party for her. A few of her friends are over to participate in makeovers, board games, and karaoke! Everyone surprised her with a huge strawberry shortcake and matching cupcakes! She blew out the candles and had the wonderful day off that she deserved.

​Security just got a whole lot better at the Reset Center! Resetti and his crew will be keeping a close eye on those who do not save before exiting their game. Additional break rooms have been added to make life a little easier and relaxing. Don't get caught sleeping on the job!

Digby has a busy work schedule so on the weekends he really likes to relax and rewind. He's pretty productive when it comes to running errands and getting things done! Doing laundry, exercising, and cooking himself healthy meals. He is surrounded by a library in his bedroom so he always has a good book to look forward to.

Timmy and Tommy love playing games so they had the playroom expanded and turned into an arcade! They like to invite friends over for 3ds hang out sessions. Snacks are provided from the machine which makes this pretty much the coolest place to chill.

I turned the Kapp'n family home into a fun island bar. ​It's game night with Amiibo Festival board game edition! Chill out to some music and drinks for a good time. Karaoke room is downstairs for special events.

Since Christmas is approaching, I thought it would be nice and festive to let this couple redecorate the house! Cyrus has a new workshop set up downstairs in the basement where he's working hard on making Reese a handmade gift. Reese is upstairs baking and enjoying the peaceful night! They are both glad to be spending some quality time together in their cozy home.

Wendell walks around various dream towns with his QR code book. I wanted make his design something sleep related but didn't want to just go with an ordinary bedroom. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology in 2016 and thought that it would be interesting to recreate a sleep study lab! Totally putting my degree to good use here LOL. I remember I had to participate in random studies every now and then to fulfill degree requirements. The proper term for sleep study is Polysomnography. This test is done to record data and identify any sleep disorders. Observing sleep cycles can help find any disruptions in your sleep patterns. This kind of hits close to home because I use to have really bad episodes due to sleep paralysis. Untreated disorders can increase risk of injury and serious medical conditions.

Leif opened up a new shop in the city and is enjoying the new change of scenery. He has a fairly simplistic apartment with rustic decor and lots of plants. He has a beautiful garden outside that brightens up the area around him! This cute little guy knows that that happiness is the most important thing to focus on.
