This was my first year attending a PAX convention and I have to say, it was quite an experience. It was unlike any other convention that I have been to because I have never been so overwhelmed before. It was insanely crowded and the show floor was filled with tons of booths run by so many companies that I love. I was able to discover new games and directly meet with developers. One booth that I found myself always going back to every day was En Masse Entertainment. The poster for "Tera" caught my attention and I got in line to demo their game, Kritika Online. It is a fast action, 3D RPG game with tons of characters with different skills and unique appearances. I was able to take home some goodies after playing the game! Each person in line was given an adorable headband with devil horns that light up. I totally enjoyed how everyone was matching with these headbands at the PC set ups they had there at the booth. The limited edition cards came with a list of beta codes on the back for you to share with all your close friends!

CATSPAW FIGURE GIVEAWAY

My winning photo entry!​ ˘◡˘

The En Masse Entertainment booth was holding a giveaway for this absolutely beautiful Catspaw Toy Figure! This figure was a big reason why I was so very much obsessed with this booth during that weekend. I am sure most of you know how much I LOVE toy figures, plushies, desk buddies. They had a limited number of Catspaw figures to giveaway and you had to post a photo to Twitter with their tag to enter! There was a photo shoot area and some cosplay weapons to pose with. I did pose with the weapons but was being too extra about not liking how I looked in all the photos. I ended up taking a selfie with my headband behind an interview that was actually happening on set! Now that's what I call behind the scenes.

Packaging

I still can't believe I was chosen as a winner for this figure. I don't think I have ever won anything EVER!? When I was younger I would always try to collect those cereal box tops or enter for those contests to win a free trip somewhere. I would always be so disappointed because I had so much hope. I am so happy I entered and read the message because I had left the convention to go out to eat with my friends that day. After reading it, of course I was screaming in excitement but shortly after I dropped my phone in the bathroom and it completely broke on me. I WAS DEVASTATED because the message said I had to show it to redeem my prize. I SPRINTED back to the convention center and ran for my life to the booth. I felt so ridiculous trying to explain my situation: "My phone JUST BROKE LIKE 10 MINUTES AGO! Here's my business card! My name is Sugarcoatedkiss and I won this figure please believe me!!!" Thank goodness they remembered who I was since they kept track of all the winners.

I had a lot of fun playing this character in game but the figure is seriously too cute! My favorite thing about it is definitely that tiny cat sitting on her head dangling the fish in front of her with that fishing rod. I really appreciate the box artwork! I made sure that this figure made it back home safe with me after the convention.

FULL VIEW

The colors are so nice and vibrant for this figure! It's very light weight and I like how it has a big base at the bottom. The small details such as the grass and flowers add to the overall look. This figure does not come in parts! Everything is already attached and secured.

Body and Base

A little quirk about her outfit is that her studded belts are actually pretty loose and move up and down! You can't take it off but I thought it was pretty neat. The matching ones on her wrist are stuck on and aren't going anywhere. I am in love with the pink ribbon and bell for her cat tail! I think this would make a great cosplay outfit.

Close Up

Her facial expression is very fitting for the pose. She is running down the flower fields chasing this fish that she sees! She's ☆starry eyed☆ and it reminds of when cats see yummy food in the animes.

Very Fishy

Zoom in on that delicious fish! Poor thing is good enough to eat.

Side View

This is a very high quality figure and it's one of my favorites on my shelf now! You are not able to purchase this product unfortunately. It seems like they only had a few made for the giveaway at the convention to promote the new game. I feel extremely special and lucky to own this rare figure toy!
